Carlie’s personable, client focused work principle successfully matched DS Benefits Group Client Service Standards since she began working with us as an Account Manager in early 2017. Carlie is responsible for the management of all client services for a number of DS Benefits Group’s fully-insured clients. Carlie has worked previously in the employee benefits brokerage field where she specialized in client centered service and successfully managed their renewal and carrier implementation processes. Prior to that, Carlie worked at a national, ancillary carrier where she developed benefit plan designs and rate structures for its prospective clients, with a successful client attainment strategy. Carlie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
