Nancy joined DS Benefits Group in 2010 and has over 25 years of experience working with mid-size and large companies on their employee benefit plans. Nancy has in depth knowledge of employee benefits, specializing in employee benefit strategies, regulations and compliance, benefit design, underwriting and funding methodologies, and financial analysis. Nancy’s primary focus is helping employers strategically manage their employee benefit financial obligations with innovative and cost-efficient solutions.
Before joining the firm, Nancy was the Director of Benefits for a Westlake, Ohio company where she managed the health and welfare, defined benefit and defined contribution plans for the company's 5,000 employees. Prior to that, Nancy was a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant for a national employee benefits firm for over ten years.
Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from Indiana University/Purdue University. She is a member of Society for Human Resource Management and the National Association of Health Underwriters.
